How will I know my computer is ready and compatible for virtual training?
To ensure a successful virtual training engagement, there are several requirements that need to be met. All of these can be tested prior to the start of your class to avoid any interruption or delay in your training. These requirements include:
Each student workstation must have access to the internet with sufficient bandwidth to conduct training (a min. of 128k per student)
Access to Convey Point remote resources must be verified prior to class from student location. There is a small plug-in loaded on the workstation when connecting to the remote PCs. This plug-in allows remote screen connectivity. Ability to use meeting software must be verified prior to class from student location. There is a small plug-in loaded on the workstation to enable the meeting software for virtual training.
Each student workstation must meet minimum hardware and browser specifications.
